Join us for an evening of deep release, nervous system regulation, and energetic renewal through the power of conscious breath.
This guided Breathwork experience uses a more intensive modality known as Sonic Neural Breathwork — a powerful practice designed to help clear stagnant energy from the body, regulate the nervous system, and create space for greater clarity, peace, and connection within yourself.
This offering is rooted in a genuine passion for service, personal growth, and cultivating healing energy within the community. His work focuses on supporting nervous system retraining and helping others reconnect with the body’s natural ability to release, regulate, and restore.
